STIEBEL ELTRON Servicewelt is a system for controlling and setting STIEBEL ELTRON heating and hot water heat pumps and integral ventilation units.
The connection can be made either online via the Internet or, depending on the device, also locally offline directly on site.
The system consists of the STIEBEL ELTRON Servicewelt app for mobile use and the Servicewelt web portal, which allows office staff to keep an eye on all systems authorised by the customer at all times.

Functions:
- Connection via local HotSpot and remotely via the Internet
- Setting the temperatures and operating modes
- Error logs including error descriptions and suggested solutions
- Export and import of all parameters as a backup when replacing electronic components
- Recording, graphical evaluation and transmission of parameters to STIEBEL ELTRON
